AGREEMENT
• The studio rate is $30 per hour. A discount will apply to prescheduled blocks of time
that exceed 100 hours.
• We charge a flat rate of $200 per song for mixing, which includes professional audio
mastering. The flat rate includes up to 8 hours of editing, leveling and processing by the
engineer. It also includes up to 2 hours with client for final adjustments and mix
approval. Our Mastering engineer will spend up to 5 hours per song preparing your
tracks for commercial release. If the client chooses to spend more than the allotted mix
time a charge of $20 per hour is added.
• You must reserve a minimum of 4 hours of studio time in order to schedule a session.
If your project does not require this amount of time, special arrangements can be made.
• A deposit of 50% of the total reserved studio time is required within 7 days of start date
to confirm studio booking. No appointment time is held without a deposit.
• Deposits will be refunded if a session is cancelled 24 hours prior to the session.
Any cancellations within 24 hours of a session will not be refunded.
• Payments can be made in the form of cash, check, money order or credit card
through Paypal.
• No rough mixes or master CDs will be released until invoice is paid in full.
• Arrive on time for your session. Remember the clock starts at your scheduled time.
Please respect the studio and it's neighbors. Lollipop Recording reserves the right to end the project at anytime with no refund for improper conduct. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors and/or illegal drug use is not allowed on the property. Lollipop Recording is not responsible for personal injury or damaged equipment. By booking time, you have agreed to the above terms.
